The facilities at UniResort have been designed with the needs of students in mind. These include heated pool and spas, gym, tennis court, sauna and steam room. The gym is an outdoor gym and has an iPod docking station available for use.
There are 15 ponds and a waterfall in the gardens at UniResort. A unique feature of the property is the outdoor prayer and meditation room.
