To reserve a room at UniResort
Download and complete an Application Form.
Photocopy or scan 3 types of identification. The Application Form tells you what ID types are suitable.
Email or mail your application with identification to UniResort.
You will receive correspondence from UniResort about your application.
What to do if you want to accept an offer of accommodation
You must respond within 48 hours of receiving UniResort's Offer of Accommodation.
You will be required to sign a formal Residential Agreement. The Agreement will set out in detail your rights and obligations.
You also need to pay a Bond (equivalent to 4 weeks' rent) plus 2 weeks' rent in advance within 48 hours of acceptance. The Letter of Offer will contain payment details. Your Bond is sent to the RTA and held in trust until your departure.

Rents are paid in advance and it is mandatory that you pay your fees as they fall due.
UniResort uses a Direct Debit facility for all payments. The transaction will occur directly from your back account.
Your rent does not include broadband connection fee, LAN cable for internet, linen, crockery and extra cleaning.
